There are 12 premium screens in Spain, across IMAX, Laser ULTRA by Kinepolis, ODEON iSense and ScreenX. The biggest picture is at Hemisferic — 679 m² of lit screen, 257% more than the next room.

One room — Hemisferic — can show the full 1.43:1 IMAX frame. Everywhere else in the country crops to 1.90, which is roughly a quarter less picture on a film shot for it.

One of these is a dome, scored on projected surface area — not a like-for-like comparison with a flat screen, and noted as such on the pages.
