Cineworld London Leicester Square - Superscreen Cineworld Superscreen
London · United KingdomPublished figures
PremiumCinemaIQ rates this Cineworld Superscreen room C, 27/100 — a modest premium screen, 226 m² of lit picture. No source states the projector, so the score is indicative. Data read 5 November 2026.
Cineworld's flagship Superscreen: 20.5 × 11 m (225 sq m), curved auditorium with a VIP viewing balcony, dual 4K projection and Dolby Atmos with 87 speakers. Dimensions come from the UK PLF register citing Cineworld's venue-hire material; the current venue-hire page states only capacity (375) and 'a huge screen'. Sits in the same building as the UK's widest IMAX (26.5m), so here the in-house format is deliberately the smaller product. Coordinates from Cineworld's own cinema API.
Respectable, but not the full IMAX proposition.
